Veteran Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing complex on‑site diagnostics, service, repairs, and maintenance work on customer’s equipment; in‑shop repairs will need to be completed according to business needs.
• Reviews and explains any maintenance, repair, or other service concerns directly to the customer and documents on work order.
• May establish and implement effective stocking processes with the Parts Department to maintain the proper seasonal parts inventory.
• Supports Machinery Set‑Up and Adjustments.
• Promotes and sells service programs directly to assigned customers.
• Maintains current mechanical and technical knowledge of client and competitive products.
• Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments timely and proficiently, including accounting for time and material used in performing assigned duties.
