• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor and analyze order desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Support the sales team by providing timely information and updates on order status.
• Inventory control and audit.

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or order processing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
• Proficient in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of the lumber industry is a plus.

• Pneumatic tool use and repair helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management is preferred.
• Must have 3 to 5 years of construction experience or building materials knowledge.
