1st Shift Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient, safe, and quality-driven production of our products. • Supervise daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets and quality standards
• Coordinate and schedule production workflows to optimize efficiency and resource utilization
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees
• Lead, motivate, and develop production team members through coaching and performance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production schedules
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or supervisory training is a plus
