Operate and hold overall responsibility for product outcomes associated with straight-line gluers.;
Interpret and document standards related to equipment and product performance/quality.;
Maintain equipment and perform minor maintenance, troubleshooting, calibrations, adjustments, repairs, and modifications.;
Motivate crew members to ensure quality, efficiency, area cleanliness, safety and SQF standards are maintained.;
Test and inspect products to ensure consistent quality and operational standards.
