General Labourer; Mitchell

Job Overview

Rotating biweekly day (6:00am-2:30pm) and afternoon shift (3:00pm-11:30pm). $20/hour starting rate. Steady year‑round work. No experience required as full training is provided. Overtime as available ($1.00/hour premium for afternoon shift). Opportunities for growth/promotion.

• Follow the client's work instructions to ensure secure work practices and quality products.
• Rake, level, tamp and screen concrete.
• Place and check rebar in the product to specification.
• Unload product.
• Clean molds and batching equipment.
• Any other duties and/or projects as assigned by the Supervisor/Foreman/Lead Hand.

• Must be able to push, pull & lift up to 50lbs repeatedly.
• Be reliable, punctual and a good team player and able to work both shifts.
• Able to follow through reliably on instructions and know when to ask questions.
• Preferred:
  Able to read blueprints, accurately read measurements, strong math skills.
• Must be a minimum of 5''8'' in height.
