Electrical Assembly - in person position at 5751 Airport Road, Mitchell, SD

First shift - Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. NO WEEKENDS

• Wire electrical controls boards to the GEOTHERMAL HEAT PUMP units on the manufacturing assembly line.
• Assist in assembly of control boards, assemble and install blowers and motors for units.
• Run wires from control boards to unit components.
• Install capacitors on control boards.
• Assemble blowers and motors and fit motor in housing. Install blowers with electrical and operate handheld power tools.
• Assemble components and wire control boards with grip and force using both hands to prepare boards.
• Program motors for units, as required.
• Use watchdog software for tracking of components.
• Fill out all paperwork required (i.e., quality checklist, etc.).
• Maintain clean and organized workstation/area.
• Prepare boards with strip/crimp wires, gather/maintain supplies, assemble components, fit motor in housing, operate handheld power tools.

• Prolonged periods of standing at work station(s) and/or walking through warehouses.
• Successfully pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
