What You Will Do

• Feed the Machines:
  Prepare and load massive rolls of paperboard into high-speed production equipment.
• Keep Quality High:
  Inspect materials constantly to spot flaws before they reach the customer.
• Drive Forklifts:
  Safely move large product rolls around the warehouse floor.
• Team Up:
  Work closely with the machine operator to hit daily production goals.
• Stay Safe:
  Keep your workspace clean and follow all plant safety rules.

What We Look For

• Strength & Stamina:
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Night Owls:
  Comfort working consistent 12-hour night shifts.
• Reliability: A track record of showing up on time and working hard.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in manufacturing, farming, construction, or warehouse work is a huge plus.

This is a contract position based out of Mitchell, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
