Choose the dates you want to work! If you are a nurse who likes flexibility and can work 6 or more days a month, this might be the position for you! The more shifts you pick up, the larger your monthly incentive pay is. The hours for on call are:
Weekdays (4pm—1am) Weekends and designated holidays (8am—1am).
On call nurses complete assessments after hours, holidays, and on weekends in the event of an emergency safety intervention (restraint, seclusion, locked seclusion) at Abbott House. This assessment must be started within 1 hour of contact and will document the child’s response to the emergency safety intervention.
QualificationsThe on-call nurse must be a Licensed South Dakota Registered Nurse or LPN with a valid driver’s license and should have experience working with children and youth.
