Included Health seeks board-certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in South Dakota and other states to deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care, with multi-state licensure and a current FNP certification.
Part-time option (20 hrs/week) offers evening/weekend shifts and productivity incentives. Requires RN and NP licensure, plus at least five active licenses preferred;
Athena EMR experience is a plus.
