Role Overview

Provides comprehensive nursing care in a hospital setting, including developing care plans, administering treatments, and supporting patients and families physically, emotionally, and psychologically.

• Review physician prescriptions and communicate care plans to the healthcare team.
• Develop and evaluate nursing care plans based on patient assessments and histories.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain proper supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practice state.
• Effective communication skills and visual acuity to perform duties.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
