Role Overview

Provides comprehensive nursing care by developing and implementing individualized care plans, supporting patients physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. • Develops nursing diagnoses, care objectives, and interventions based on patient assessments.
• Coordinates with healthcare providers and educates patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Monitors patient progress, re-evaluates care plans, and modifies interventions as needed.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment by adhering to infection control, medication, and safety protocols.
• Documents patient care accurately and maintains equipment and supplies for optimal care delivery.
• Performs duties independently while demonstrating proficiency across multiple departments.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Effective communication skills and visual acuity to perform job functions.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
