The QA Specialist role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and become an integral part of the software development lifecycle. In this position, you will help ensure the quality, usability, and reliability of the eLation product suite. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, support teams, and product stakeholders to validate new features, improve existing functionality, and champion best-in-class user experiences.

This role also provides opportunities to contribute to feature discovery and serve as a subject matter expert for designated eLation functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

Test new features across the eLation suite, including verifying required functionality, assessing usability, and recommending improvements.

  • Collaborate with developers, support staff, and clients throughout the development cycle to ensure features meet requirements and user expectations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned areas of eLation software functionality.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of testing standards, processes, and automated testing initiatives.
  • Provide clear, thorough release notes and contribute to the overall release process.
  • Participate in design and discovery discussions for new features.
  • Provide occasional internal training on new or existing functionality.
  • Embrace new technologies.
Job Requirements
