5:45 PM - 6:00 AM | Swing Shift

Are you detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality products? We are looking for a Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team in Mitchell, SD. In this role, you'll help ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards while supporting production operations.
What You'll Do:
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process and on finished pallets
- Verify products meet customer and company quality standards
- Perform and document quality assurance testing
- Train production employees on quality checks and testing procedures
- Assist with investigations of quality concerns and non-conforming materials
- Manage quality documentation and data entry using SAP, WinSPC, Excel, and Outlook
- Collect customer and internal product samples as required
- Support quality lab operations, including testing, calibrations, and equipment management
- Participate in safety programs, quality audits, and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, SQF, and food safety requirements
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manufacturing or quality assurance experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift
- Starting pay of $20.00/hour
- Every other weekend off
