Field Retail Merchandiser; Part-Time

Overview

Field Merchandiser position with Hallmark. Work independently with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.

• Restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products.
• Work with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities.
• Interact with store employees, management, and customers.
• Provide holiday support for major holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
• Build and install Hallmark fixtures, relocate card departments, and reset displays.
• Work on the selling floor and back office, handling merchandise and display fixtures up to 30 lbs throughout the workday (up to 50 lbs on occasion).
• Stand, squat, walk, and occasionally climb or lift items per job requirements.

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi network and internet.
• Consistent transportation to travel to and between store locations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Part‑time position with variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours between 6‑10 hours per week.
• Availability week before and after major holidays.

• Paid training: live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.

Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
