Walworth, WI 53184. This role reports to the Station Manager.

• Deliver outstanding food and service: prepare, assemble, and serve fresh food and beverages that meet brand and safety standards; operate food prep equipment and POS systems accurately and safely; stay current on menu offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Keep food areas clean and safe: maintain cleanliness of all food service areas, restock and rotate items using FIFO practices, follow food safety and sanitation procedures, and alert management to any concerns.
• Support smooth operations: complete assigned tasks such as temperature logs, equipment cleaning, and station checklists; process transactions accurately and handle cash; maintain accurate timekeeping; communicate shift updates.
• Work as part of a team: collaborate with colleagues, adhere to safety and security procedures, and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Hourly wage range: $15–$18 per hour, based on education, experience, and skills.

• Minimum age: 16 (18 in select markets).
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast‑paced retail/food‑service environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and basic math skills.
• Must handle cash and operate POS systems accurately.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, and to stand for extended periods.

• Experience in a convenience store, gas station, or retail environment.
• Experience in a fast‑food or QSR setting.
• Experience handling cash, completing shift reports, or performing basic bookkeeping.
