Join Falcon Farms as a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser. This role offers the opportunity to help display flowers in stores and bring color and joy to customers through beautiful floral arrangements. You will have a direct impact on every store you visit and ensure our flowers are attractively displayed for shoppers.

• Pay: $43.00 per visit.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; 1 hour per visit (flexible).

As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will work independently while coordinating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.

• Daily Commitment:
  Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During festive seasons:
  Ensure each store is prepared for high-demand periods (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas).
• Department Resets:
  Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Teamwork:
  Work independently, while supporting teammates with special activities when needed.

This position requires energy and willingness to perform physical tasks:

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
