The company owns multiple stores, with mitchell being the largest location at 50,000 sq. Feet.

• actively support the store director in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling store activities and operations.
• perform all duties of the store director in their absence.
• monitor front-end activities to ensure that all cashiers comply with store policies in the handling of all transactions.
• demonstrate and maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere where employees provide excellent customer service in an efficient, prompt, and courteous manner.
• handle customer and associate complaints.
• cashier and carry out as needed. Perform other duties and assignments as directed.
• ensure product stocking, facing, and rotation procedures are followed.
• ensure merchandise is properly priced and price changes are implemented in a timely manner.
• ensure that all ad merchandise is properly priced, displayed, and stocked.
• ensure that all displays are built for maximum sales and profits, are pleasing to the eye, properly signed, and include tie-in merchandise.
• assist in controlling inventory levels.
• monitor the receiving and unloading of merchandise to ensure accurate billing and pricing.
• enforce receiving procedures according to company policy.
• routinely check products to confirm quality, count, and condition.
• perform dry grocery ordering, specials, and special orders.
• monitor and ensure all store supplies are properly ordered and stocked.
• handle all buying in the store director’s absence.
• oversee all ordering responsibilities for the whole store, including grocery, frozen, and dairy, produce, meat, deli, and bakery.
• help manage issues relating to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• help oversee security procedures in the store and shoplifting incidents.
• perform necessary duties in microsoft office and excel programs
