• Help customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs and budget
• Provide an exceptional buying experience from start to finish
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
• Present financing and leasing options
• Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
• Achieve and exceed sales goals using a proven process

• No experience required – we train the right attitude
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and a drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent
