What you’ll be doing

As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you’ll help grow the Verizon network by providing customers with exceptional service and cutting‑edge technology solutions.

• Generate retail sales using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to deliver a complete sales solution.
• Close sales with clear communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Potentially grow your customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside of the store at off‑site Verizon sponsored events.

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with up to $18,000 in individual commissions annually for meeting all sales goals. Top performers can earn over $65,000 annually.

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to picking up additional shifts during peak periods.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in a commission‑based environment.
• Sales experience communicating solutions to customers.
• Customer service experience.
