Work Flexibility
- Field‑based – Travel to customer facilities and manage a defined territory.
- Remote – Majority of time from an alternate workplace; location‑based requirements apply.
- Onsite – 100% of time at a Stryker facility.
- Hybrid – Combination of alternate workplace and Stryker facility, with onsite expectations defined by manager.
Sales roles may require COVID‑19 vaccination as an essential function.
What you do- Prepare and present sales pitches and demo meetings.
- Participate in trade shows and analyze market territory.
- Manage inventory reports, negotiate prices and terms, and solve product problems.
- Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use and maintenance.
- Direct product evaluations in operating rooms or office settings.
- Adjust schedule to focus on value to customers and market.
- Represent Stryker products and impact patient care.
2‑5 years of outside sales experience (medical related fields preferred). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and five years of commercial sales or medical field experience, including operating room experience. Must be able to drive an automobile.
