• Field-based installation, commissioning, and maintenance of wireless & microwave network equipment
• Climbing towers and structures to install, align, and troubleshoot antennas and hardware
• Diagnosing network outages and resolving issues in a fast-paced, high-availability environment
• Handling fiber splicing, cabling, and power wiring tasks as needed
• Collaborating with experienced engineers and supporting the buildout of a robust, scalable infrastructure
• Traveling up to 70% of the time, with projects across regional and national sites
• Participating in in-house climbing and rescue training to ensure safety and certification compliance

• 2–3 years’ experience in wireless or microwave networking
• 2+ years of climbing experience with a valid Authorized Climber/Rescue certificate
• Commissioning and installation experience in structured telecom environments
• US passport and valid driver’s license (clean record)
• Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, team culture is key
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and reporting tools

• OSHA 10 certification
• Fiber splicing or OTDR experience
• Familiarity with microwave alignment, power systems, coax/cable installation
• Spectrum Analyzer/Cable & Antenna Analyzer knowledge
• RF theory or signal flow knowledge

• Sioux Falls, SD or Spokane, WA
• Field-based, with van provided and kept at home
• Travel-heavy role with expenses fully covered

• 6-month temp-to-perm structure
• Upon perm conversion: salary equivalent + $30,000 performance bonus
• All travel expenses covered, vehicle provided
