Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our construction crew. We build agricultural structures from the ground up, including framing and steel siding. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction experience who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and works well as part of a team.

• Assist with framing, steel siding, and general carpentry tasks on agricultural buildings.
• Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors and lead carpenters.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and secure job site.
• Load, unload, and move building materials as needed.

• Experience with framing, steel siding/trim, or general carpentry is preferred.
• Ability to read basic construction plans is an asset.
• Comfortable working from heights and outdoors in various conditions.
• Capable of lifting heavy materials and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work well with others and follow direction.
