• Install underground utility infrastructure, including fiber optic, electric, water, and utility systems
• Assist with directional drilling and underground construction projects
• Load, unload, inspect, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
• Drive commercial vehicles and transport equipment to job sites (
  CDL preferred
  )
• Operate construction equipment after training and qualification
• Support crews in completing projects safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship
• Travel to project sites throughout the region as needed
• Work outdoors in a physically active, team-oriented environment
• Follow company safety policies and help maintain a strong safety culture

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Enjoy working with a team
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (
  CDL
  )
• Construction, underground utility, excavation, directional drilling, or heavy equipment experience
• Experience towing trailers or hauling equipment
• Experience operating construction equipment
