Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and heavy-duty equipment

Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

Utilize diagnostic software and scan tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Maintain accurate repair documentation

Work collaboratively with team members to meet shop goals

Continue developing technical skills through ongoing training opportunities

Previous diesel mechanic, heavy equipment, truck repair, agricultural equipment, or related mechanical experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment

Commitment to producing safe, high-quality repairs

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong work ethic and dependability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
