Sets up and completes work orders for store operations; performs preventive maintenance and oversees service contractors.;
Performs electrical repair, lamp changes, and light fixture repair/installation.;
Performs plumbing repair (pump and fixture installations/replacements/repair, drain cleaning).;
Maintains understanding of commercial equipment operation for HVAC; performs basic mechanical repair on equipment and store machinery.;
Repairs the building including painting, minor carpentry, and floor repair; conducts energy-conservation and waste-management preventative measures.
