Part-time Visitation Specialist

Hours: Part-time Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Reports to: FVC Supervisor

Salary: $18.00/hour

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Must pass a background check
• Current driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to follow direction and complete tasks effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Self‑motivated and able to collaborate in a team environment
• Proficient in using computer applications and technology
• Ability to respond effectively to trauma and crises
• Experienced in managing challenging and confrontational behaviors.
• Knowledgeable in child development, abuse and neglect issues, and family custody dynamics

• Supervise and document on‑site and virtual visits, exchanges, and telephone calls
• Provide transportation for clients to and from supervised visitation
• Uphold and implement all FVC policies and procedures
• Complete and review all required documentation
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to the ethical standards
• Maintain regular and clear communication with the FVC supervisor
• Ensure the facility meets FVC’s standards of cleanliness and orderliness
• Other duties as assigned
