Job Description

Innovative Systems is currently seeking applicants for a Web Developer to join our talented team.

This position is located in Mitchell, SD.

We would prefer for this position to be dedicated onsite, however, for the right candidate we would be open to a hybrid schedule.

When you are part of the Innovative team as a Web Developer, you will:

• Design, develop and deploy web applications according to the company’s standards for software architecture.
• Write unit and integration tests necessary to ensure the reliability and consistency of software.
• Work with product leads, software architects and project managers to implement technical solutions that meet the requirements and support documentation.
• Troubleshoot application issues in development, test and production environments.
• Create and update technical application and project documentation.

We are looking for the right candidate. We believe someone in this position would benefit from these requirements:

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field
• 1+ years of experience in C# ASP.NET Core
• Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript libraries
• Capacity to work with various development methodologies, including agile
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proven experience with web services/APIs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

These additional skills would be helpful but are not required:

• 1+ years of experience in Blazor Web Assembly
• Experience with Azure CI/CD tools
