We are currently seeking a Service Porter to join our team and help maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction. Your role is essential in contributing to the overall success of our operations.

• Pay is $17 per hour.

• Safely operate company and customer vehicles while transporting customers to designated locations.
• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to customer needs.
• Carry on conversations with customers while transporting them.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate transportation and address any issues.
• Expertly utilize a phone GPS for directions.
• Photograph or record customer vehicles at pick up and delivery to ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a safe driving environment.
• Move customer vehicles around dealership lots.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience is preferred.
• Must be familiar with Mitchell.
• Tech-savvy- ability to take photos, videos, and use GPS.
• Ability to operate and navigate a variety of vehicles, including vans, trucks, or smaller company vehicles.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
