• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Proficient in basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using a calculator if necessary.
• Make accurate monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Demonstrate motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to perform precise movements quickly.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Navigate by reading maps, locating addresses within the designated delivery area, and traveling through multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.

• Minimum age 18 years.
