Atwell is seeking a Project Engineer who is passionate about site/civil engineering and land development. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead transformative projects and drive growth through your expertise and commitment to excellence.
In This Role, You Will:- Showcase Your Expertise
:
Apply your deep knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and more. - Lead Projects
:
Oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion, ensuring every phase is executed flawlessly. - Navigate Permitting
:
Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, leveraging your local expertise to streamline the process. - Strategize Permitting
:
Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines for both expansive developments and compact commercial projects. - Engage & Grow
:
Actively participate in marketing initiatives to enhance our company’s presence, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government entities. - Drive Success
:
Contribute to company growth by delivering exceptional projects and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Educational Background
:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University. - Professional Certification
: PE Licensure is required. - Local Experience
:
Relevant work experience in Maryland is preferred. - Technical Skills
:
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Water
CAD, Storm
CAD, and Sewer
CAD is preferred. - Work Environment
:
Ability to work in our Mitchellville office on a hybrid schedule.
Pay Range: $90,000 USD - $126,000 USD
