Project Engineer – Responsibilities

• Apply deep knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and more.
• Lead projects from initial entitlements through construction completion to ensure flawless execution.
• Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, leveraging local expertise.
• Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines for expansive developments and compact commercial projects.
• Actively participate in marketing initiatives, enhance company presence, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government entities.
• Contribute to company growth by delivering exceptional projects and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET‑Accredited University.
• Professional Certification: PE Licensure required.
• Preferred experience in Maryland.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Water
  
  CAD, Storm
  
  CAD, and Sewer
  
  CAD.
• Ability to work in the Mitchellville office on a hybrid schedule.

• Competitive salary range: $90,000 – $126,000 USD
