• Lead daily branch operations and ensure compliance
• Coach, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Drive loan growth, collections, and overall profitability
• Review and approve loan applications
• Handle customer challenges with professionalism and solutions
• Build strong community relationships to grow the branch
• Set goals, track performance, and push your team to win

• Management experience (loan industry preferred)
• Strong background in installment loans, sales, or collections
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Resilience, accountability, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to take feedback, adapt, and continuously improve
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
