St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to join our team in a home-based care setting. The role supports patients and families by delivering direct personal care, maintaining comfort and dignity as part of an interdisciplinary team supervised by an RN.
The Hospice Aide provides day-to-day patient assistance, follows each Plan of Care, and coordinates with the RN Case Manager. A CNA license and reliable transportation are required.
