Oversee sanitation operations at all assigned plants and determine the need for improvements in overall performance;
Lead initiatives to establish sanitation standards across all assigned plants;
Maintain strong relationships with chemical vendors, suppliers and influence negotiations;
Drive and develop new sanitation training initiatives and Sanitation Standard Operational Procedures (SSOP);
Responsible for overall adherence to safety programs and policies across sanitation
