As a member of our Maintenance team you will keep the Assisted Living Community, surrounding buildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition and maintain furnaces, air-conditioners, and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for residents. Maintain building, perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical, wiring, and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools. Replace air-conditioner filters. Complete Monthly Maintenance checklist.

Assist with disaster preparedness including fire and disaster drills. Notify management concerning need for major repairs or replacements to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Clean snow and debris from sidewalk and grounds. Oversee landscaping services and if needed mow lawn, trim shrubbery, and cultivate flowers, using hand tools and power tools.

Minimum of 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent
