This is a role for someone who is looking for an entrepreneurial challenge in a company with aspirations to be leaders within the CPG world.

• Manufacture product consistent with product specifications for the assigned work area.
• Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
• Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.
• Assist with product reconditioning as needed and directed.

• 3+ months previous manufacturing experience within the last 5 years (Required).
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F (Required).
• Need at least 5 years previous work experience to be considered for this position and a minimum of 2 consecutive years at one job (Required).
• 12-hour shifts.
• Schedule Friday-Sunday 5am-5:30pm.
• Shift gets a $2 shift differential.
• Standing for extended periods of time (Required).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (Required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive motion work (Required).
• Ability to work overtime as assigned.
• Cold food manufacturing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Prefer previous manufacturing experience.
