Shift: 12hrs PART-TIME Weekends Only

We are looking for a skilled and committed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! The Weekend Charge Nurse (RN) role is perfect for those seeking a focused weekend schedule with a competitive shift differential.
Weekend Charge Nurse (RN) will provide exceptional care to residents, ensuring their medical, physical, and emotional needs are met during weekend shifts. You will work closely with a dedicated team to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Weekend Charge Nurse (RN)Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and document findings in compliance with facility policies.
- Provide compassionate care and address the medical needs of residents promptly.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first-line care as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active RN (Registered Nurse) license in Missouri.
- Experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
