Position: Contract LPN/RN
* 8-Week Local Contract*

Location: Aspire Senior Living Moberly - Moberly, MO

Contract Duration: 8 Weeks (with possibility of full-time employment)

Shift: 12hr Shifts. DAYS & NIGHTS available!

Salary: $40hr LPNs & $45hr RNs

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Contract LPN/RN to join our team for an 8-week local contract. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a chance for full-time employment after the contract period.

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and facility policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and families on health management and care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) nursing license in Missouri.
• Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
