Job Description
Grandview Medical Center, Birmingham, AL is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Cardiology to join our Inpatient Team.
Responsibilities- Minimum of one year of NP experience in cardiology or cardiovascular surgery required; inpatient or critical care experience preferred.
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner a plus!
- Involves daily rounding, consult management, and patient discharge planning in collaboration with the attending cardiology team.
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based cardiovascular care - ranging from acute coronary syndromes and heart failure to post‑procedural follow-up.
- This is a 100% inpatient role managing adult patients (ages 18+).
- Full‑time, hospital‑employed position.
- Participation in shared call rotation for nights and weekends is required.
