American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU/CCU travel position in Moberly, MO, requiring at least 1 year of ICU/CCU experience and current ACLS and PALS certifications.
Qualifications- Active MO RN license or Compact RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date)
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU/CCU RN experience required
- Valid U.S. driver's license required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
- Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
- ICU/CCU setting within a regional medical center in Moberly, MO
- 8-bed ICU/CCU unit caring for critically ill and injured patients
- Patient ratio of 1:2–3
- Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Floating to Med/Surg required
- No on‑call required
- Charting performed in Medhost EMR
- 13‑week contract
- Continuous monitoring, rapid assessment, and intervention for critically ill patients
- Manages ventilators, medication drips, and complex medical equipment
- Collaborates with physicians on treatment plans and provides support to patients and families
- Any solid scrub color is acceptable
- Blocked scheduling may be requested
- RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
