Director of Nursing (RN) will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

• As our Director of Nursing (RN), you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our nursing department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, conducting quality assessments, and developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Your exceptional leadership skills will enable you to foster a positive and supportive work environment, while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care services.
• Conduct quality assessments and develop plans to improve care outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including state and federal regulations.
• Participate in budget planning and management, ensuring effective resource allocation.
