Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time Weekends About the Registered Nurse (RN) Role:
Aspire Senior Living Moberly, a skilled nursing facility located in Moberly, MO, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis, working weekends. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our mission is to enhance the lives of everyone we touch, and we are looking for a dedicated nurse like you to help us achieve this mission.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assessing patient conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care with compassion and empathy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
