We are seeking a dependable, detail‑focused Psych Registered Nurse (RN) to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. Travel across the country to assist in life‑changing procedures as a traveling RN.

Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare. Works with patients who have psychiatric problems and disorders including assessment of mental health needs, development of care plans, managing the therapeutic environment, crisis intervention, and counseling. Provides direct care and delegates and supervises all nursing care per the applicable Nurse Practice Act.

Demonstrates clinical competence, manages patient care, improves quality of care, establishes professional relationships, and develops clinical expertise per specialty.

Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.
• Current ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor within six (6) months of hire.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Certification as a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse preferred.
• Previous acute care experience preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.
• ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor within six (6) months of hire.
• Certification as a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse preferred.

• Work with 1 recruiter from start to finish and assignment to assignment.
• Local and non‑local positions available.
• Competitive hourly rate plus tax‑free stipend (if applicable).
• No pay cuts mid‑contract.
• Referral bonus up to $1,000 per referral.
• License reimbursement if traveling to a new state.
• Pick assignments at partner facilities across the country.
