Wound Nurse - Aspire Senior Living Moberly At Aspire Senior Living Moberly, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wound Nurse to join our team.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse Wound Nurse at Aspire Senior Living Moberly, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality wound care services to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized wound care treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents. Registered Nurse Wound Nurse will also collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate wound care needs of residents, identifying potential risks and developing plans to prevent complications
- Develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans, including education and training for residents and families
- Provide ongoing wound care management, including debridement, dressing changes, and other interventions as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of wound care treatments and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal wound care outcomes
- Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on wound care prevention and management

- Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Wound care certification (desirable)
- 1+ year of experience in wound care or a related field
- Strong assessment and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
