Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Moberly, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communications with medical staff
- Assist with feeding, transferring, and ambulating residents as needed
- Ensure a clean and safe environment by following proper infection control procedures and maintaining a organized and supply-stocked work area
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance
