• Provide direct nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and medical treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of care

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing or related nursing field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
