Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
