• As Key Account Manager, your role will be to serve a select group of customers, acting as the primary MFA contact.
• 80% of this job will be spent in Centralia, MO, with an emphasis on Corn and Soybean sales.
• You will focus on developing the customer relationship and helping the customer grow their business while providing an excellent customer experience.
• You will also be expected to develop innovative solutions for customers that not only support MFA products and services but also lead to improving the current offerings.
• Sales & Service, Customer Intimacy, and Business Development will all be key areas in which you work to implement and promote the company's sales goals.
• All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

• A bachelor's degree in agriculture is preferred
• 3 years of Sales experience, preferably Corn and Soybean sales
• Good working knowledge of Agronomy
• Live in or within commuting distance of Centralia, MO
• Can travel within the assigned territory (approximately 80%)
• Have strong sales skills and a proven record of sales success
