About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician at Bomgaars, you will keep our Moberly Corporate Office and Moberly, MO store running safely and smoothly - handling everything from plumbing and electrical repairs to HVAC, painting, and fleet upkeep. Your work keeps our facilities functional, presentable, and ready for the team that depands on the every day.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like:

• Perform general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs at the Moberly Corporate Office and the Moberly, MO store
• Manage painting projects and assist with office moves, including building and assembling desks and furniture
• Maintain and service corporate pool vehicles, keeping them safe and road-ready
• Oversee elevator maintenance and manage the office recycling program
• Add diesel supplement to the generator on a scheduled basis and monitor high-temperature alarms for IT equipment
• Maintain flags and flagpoles, keeping replacement inventory stocked and flags presentable
• Coordinate with Orscheln Properties on lawn care for the corporate office
• Keep accurate maintenance and facility records for accounting and compliance purposes

Who We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in general building maintenance or a related trade
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general construction
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly between the Moberly Corporate Office and the Moberly, MO store
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying outdoor conditions and skilled with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

What You'll Bring:

• Hands-on experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry
• A self-starter mindset - able to prioritize and respond to urgent maintenance needs without being told twice
• Experience with facility recordkeeping preferred
• A safety-first approach and the flexibility to travel between locations as needed
