  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • 1+ years of public accounting audit experience
  • Low‑income housing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client engagements
  • Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement
